PLEASE NOTE
Non-ISHS member presenting authors have to create an ISHS user account and pay an abstract submission charge prior to abstract submission. Upon activation of your ISHS user account, you will be able to submit an abstract AND you will be entitled to register to the symposium at the discounted fee for ISHS members. We recommend that you first submit an abstract and then register to the symposium.
Alternatively you could first apply for ISHS membership at https://www.actahort.org/members/newmember and then benefit from the following:
- submit the abstract without any cost
- register to the symposium at the discounted fee for ISHS members
All oral presenters, including invited and keynote speakers, must submit a manuscript for publication in the Acta Horticulturae symposium proceedings while authors of posters are strongly encouraged to prepare and submit a manuscript for Acta Horticulturae. Authors who fail to submit a manuscript for publication in Acta Horticulturae may be refused the floor to present their oral presentation.

Registration is required to attend all the scientific sessions and social events. Please note that only fully registered participants will be admitted to the scientific sessions.

Registration fee includes:
The attendance to the scientific sessions, attending material, certificate of attendance and certificate of participation for the presented communications (oral/poster), coffees, work lunches, field trips and an e-Acta copy - online access to the electronic version of the Acta Horticulturae symposium proceedings.
Students must be accredited with a letter from the director or person in charge of proving this condition. This letter must be sent to the Technical Secretariat of the Congress: chestnutlugo23@gmail.com

IMPORTANT:
It is not necessary to pay the registration before register online.
The registration will only be valid once it has been confirmed by email by the Technical Secretariat.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Before or on May 15, 2023: 100% registration fee will be refunded
From May 16 to June 10, 2023: 50% registration fee will be refunded
After June 10, 2023: request of a refund of registration fees will not be accepted

Organizer reserves the right to make last minute changes without prior notice, should the need arise.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
ISHS reserves the right to make changes to the terms at any time without notice to each participant, so please check back and review the terms from time to time. In the event that any term or provision of the terms shall be deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such term or provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term or provision.
Press permission must be obtained from ISHS and conferences organizing committee prior to the event. The press will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing.
Please note that any (or) all transportation and parking is the responsibility of the registrant.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. The organizers will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference.
LEGAL WARNING
